School and district information is compiled from public sources (such as the Texas Education Agency and NCES) and may be incomplete, outdated, or contain errors. Calendars, ratings, enrollment figures, contact details, and other data are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Always confirm important details with the official district or school before relying on them.

User-submitted ratings

You may submit anonymous star ratings. You are responsible for ratings you submit and agree to rate honestly. We may remove or moderate ratings that appear fraudulent or abusive, and we may display and aggregate ratings on the Site. Ratings reflect individual opinions and are not endorsements by Texas Schools Directory.

Intellectual property

The Site's design, original text, and software are owned by Texas Schools Directory. Underlying public data belongs to its respective sources. School names and logos are the property of their respective institutions and are used for identification only.

Third-party links and advertising

The Site links to third-party websites and displays third-party advertising. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, products, or practices of third parties. Links and ads do not imply endorsement.

Disclaimer of warranties

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
